Rebecca Owings is one half of the mother-daughter duo that owns TBG Martial Arts and one of very few female school owners in Texas. Mrs. Owings holds a 5th degree black belt in Taekwondo and a 1st degree black belt in Kobudo. She began studying martial arts in 2010 under the guidance of Grandmasters Diane [Reeve] Kirby and Tim Kirby.

She has a passion for teaching sports over 14 years of experience and is very popular with kids and adults. Her expertise extends beyond kicks and punches; she emphasizes practical self-defense and holistic growth and does an outstanding job of making all feel welcome.
